How to Use
- Remove all metal and jewelry
- Choose your preferred applicator (rod, spoon, mushroom or comb)
- Place applicator into the high frequency device
- Turn on the device using the rotating button at the base of the device
- Touch the applicator with your finger and keep it there until you have made contact with the skin
- Increase intensity as desired
- In terms of treatment method - gently glide in small circular motions on the skin
- When treating the scalp, comb the attachment through the hair as you would a hairbrush
- For beginners, use for 10 minutes x3 times per week
- Use for a maximum of 20 minutes per treatment
